Where/When
Our 40th Reunion will take place on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the
University Club on Pitt's Campus, 123 University Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15260.
Weather permitting, we'll have a social hour with hors d'oeuvres
on the Roof Top Terrance overlooking Oakland starting at 6:00pm.
In case of rain or excessive heat / humidity, the social hour will be moved inside.
A buffet dinner (inside) will begin at 7:15pm.
The cost is $75.00 per person which includes a buffet and live music.
We'll also have a cash bar (Wine, Beer, and Spirits).
Parking
There is on-street parking on University Place, Thackeray, Fifth Avenue, and O'Hara Street. Since Pitt will not be in session, you should not have an issue with parking.
Please don't park in the University Club's parking lot unless you need a handicapped parking space.
If there is not any on-street parking available, the University Club recommends that all guests for all events park
in the Soldiers and Sailors Garage. If you enter after 4:00pm on Saturday the cost is $5.00 for the evening. The entrance is on Bigelow Boulevard.

To make things easy for you, we've reserved a block of 20 rooms at each of two Marriott Hotels - A Courtyard and a Residence Inn.
Rooms not booked by July 3, 2018 will be released.
Residence Inn Pittsburgh University/Medical Center: 3896 Bigelow Boulevard Pittsburgh PA 15213. The cost is $119 per night plus applicable taxes.
Courtyard Pittsburgh Shadyside: 5308 Liberty Avenue Pittsburgh PA 15224. The cost is $159 - $169 per night plus applicable taxes.
